My fitness studio is at Warwick Sports Club, Hampton road, Warwick, CV34 6HX. The state of the art studio is fully equipped for all your needs. As well as the weight resistance kit the studio houses an exercise bike, treadmill and a Power plate! Train in the relaxed environment of a private studio without the crowds and membership subscription of a normal gym. There are also shower and changing facilities.
